Cauliflower cheese cutlets
This is one of my simpler recipes.
Ingredients
Cooked florets from half a large cauliflower
2 or 3 large cooked potatoes
70g of grated strong cheese
Black pepper
Salt
Mash everything together well, and you've got the basic cutlet
mix. Keep it in the fridge and make cutlets as needed. Use your hands to form
the shapes and dust them in a plate of flour before frying in vegetable oil.
Fry for about five minutes each side.
