Strawberry and chocolate dessert with pine nuts

This is a good one. I came up with this in Amsterdam when we were staying on a house-boat. It was late summer and we found some lovely strawberries for sale. I had heard somewhere about dipping strawberries in melted bitter chocolate and I was going to try that but I ended up grating it over the berries instead. I can't remember where I got the idea to include pinenuts from, but it works well. The chocolate I used was the 70% cocoa kind and I kept it in the fridge so that it would grate easily.

Ingredients

Strawberries
Pine nuts (about a teaspoon for each serving)
A few pieces of bitter chocolate
A teaspoon (or less) of honey or syrup for each serving

Wash the strawberries and cut the green bits off, then slice them in half. Roast the pine nuts for a few seconds in a hot dry pan. Fill small bowls or large wine glasses with strawberries and drizzle a little honey or syrup over them. Sprinkle on the pinenuts and then use a fine grater to top each bowl with a dusting of chocolate shavings.
