This is a good summer dish, which can be served hot or cold. If you want to do it cold, leave the pasta to cool, or rinse it in cold water, before adding the sauce. I'll give you two sauce recipes here - choose the one you like the look of best. My favourite pasta for this recipe would be twists, shells or quills.
Ingredients
Cooked pasta, hot or cold
1 or 2 cups of yoghurt
2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
Either:
A few sprigs each of fresh parsley, dill and spring onion/chives
or
parsley, mint, spring onion/chives and a large clove of garlic
Chop all the herbs finely and mix with the yoghurt, oil and a little salt. Bung the sauce on the pasta and mix in well. Easy peezy, huh?
