Pasta with spinach in hazelnut cream sauce

It's good to know a lot of quick pasta recipes. We often eat pasta when we don't have much time to cook. Most of my pasta recipes take about twenty minutes from start to finish.

As I usually cook such dishes just for Sveta and I, the quantities given here are just enough for two people. You'll need to do some simple mathematics if you're feeding more.

Ingredients

180-240g of pasta
A small bunch of spinach
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
A small handful of hazelnuts
A few crushed black peppercorns
2 tablespoons of cream
Olive oil
Salt

Put the pasta in some boiling salted water and, while its cooking, wash and chop the spinach. Chop the hazelnuts and garlic finely.

About five minutes before the pasta is cooked , put some olive oil in a frying pan and put on a high heat. When the oil is hot, add the chopped nuts, garlic and pepper. After twenty seconds or so, add the spinach with a little salt and stir. Cover the pan and turn the heat down a bit. When the pasta is cooked, turn of the heat under both pans. Drain the pasta and add it, along with the cream, to the pan containing the spinach. Stir and serve.
