Cabbage and sweet-corn salad
This is a simple but delicious salad. I like knowing how to make such salads, because they're so easy, you can make 4 or 5 different ones at a time. They're great for picnics or outdoor summer lunches. This kind of salad is also handy for making a lunch of cutlets, for example, more substantial and it hardly adds any time to the preparation. Here it is.
Ingredients
Quarter of a hard white cabbage, finely shredded
Half a tin of sweet-corn
3 tablespoons of soya mayonnaise
A little salt
Mix everything together.
