This is a fifteen-minute salad from start to finish. It's very simple but it's also refreshing and delicious. Radishes come in all shapes and sizes and you can use any kind here. The ones I refer to in the list of ingredients are the small tender ones with red skins and white flesh.
Ingredients
1 fairly large cucumber
4 or 5 radishes
A few sprigs of fresh dill
A couple of spring onions
1 tomato
Mayonnaise
Salt
Slice the radishes and cucumber into matchsticks and chop the tomato finely. Cut the herbs up and mix all the ingredients together.
