Vegetarian fat-free, and low-calorie recipes

If you're after low-calorie recipes then have a look at these. None of these recipes require the addition of any kind of oil; therefore, most are zero-fat. Those which have nuts or yoghurt in them are still extremely low-fat and all the recipes except those listed as high carbohydrate are very low in carbs. The dishes listed as high carbohydrate are particularly suitable for those who need calories but wish to avoid fats.

Many of my other salad recipes can also be adapted by leaving out oil as an ingredient, so have a look at the rest of my vegetarian salads for some further ideas.
